Alicia Malone

2015 saw Alicia be a part of the selection process for FilmStruck a TCM movie streaming service. Malone had recorded Robert Osborne's intro and the introduction of Ben Mankiewicz to help prepare her for her TCM hosting broadcast audition. After appearing in an interview to be considered for the Turner Classic Movies host position in 2017, TCM gave her the job within the month of January, following her audition. Malone has spoken about the challenges facing women in the film industry in two separate TEDx talk. Her appearances on the Today program NPR CNN The Movies documentaries MSNBC Access Hollywood E! Entertainment Tonight MTV 2019 Live from the Red Carpet Oscar show as well as ABC. Malone is the creator and host of her own YouTube series Indie Movie Guide on behalf of Fandango.
